Steps to make 八寸戚风蛋糕

  • 1.牛奶30克糖油用手动打蛋器打匀
  • 2.筛入低筋粉
  • 3.Z字拌匀、不要过度拌、以免生筋
  • 4.加入蛋黄拌匀
  • 5.拌匀的面糊光滑细腻。待用
  • 6.蛋白加入50克糖(喜欢甜的可以加,我都是一次性加糖的)
  • 7.打至干性发泡
  • 8.取三分一蛋白加入蛋黄、以下到上的方向拌匀!就炒菜那样!
  • 9.把拌匀好的面糊倒入蛋白里继续拌匀
  • 10.拌好后很细腻光滑!
  • 11.倒入磨具轻轻磕几下,目的是磕出里面的空气!
  • 12.预热烤箱好上下火150。中层烤60分钟即可!烤好了!拿出来离地面十厘米的距离摔三下,然后倒扣冷却后,徒手脱磨!
