  • 1.黄油放在室温下软化后加入细砂糖
  • 2.用电动打蛋器打发至颜色变浅、体积膨大的状态
  • 3.分次加入蛋液
  • 4.搅打均匀
  • 5.加入蜂蜜
  • 6.搅打均匀
  • 7.筛入低筋面粉和泡打粉,加入盐
  • 8.倒入牛奶
  • 9.用刮刀快速翻拌均匀
  • 10.加入15g椰蓉
  • 11.翻拌成均匀的蛋糕糊
  • 12.将蛋糕糊倒入纸杯中
  • 13.剩余的椰蓉分别撒入纸杯
  • 14.送入预热好的烤箱中层,180度,约25分钟
  • 15.出炉晾凉后密封保存即可
