小老虎松饼
马上就到虎年了,我也跟个风,做一盘小老虎松饼乐呵乐呵。

松饼的做法不难,有一口不粘平底煎锅就能做。做松饼的材料也随手可得,用平时做蛋糕的低筋面粉就成。我今天用的低筋面粉里还加了小麦胚芽,虽然有些颗粒,成本看着没有纯粹低筋粉那么细腻,但是胜在营养上。

Steps to make 小老虎松饼

  • 1.材料准备好;植物油尽量用无明显气味的如大豆油、葵花籽油、玉米油等,不会抢了蛋香和面香;白糖用绵白糖或者细砂糖均可,不宜用粗砂糖;
  • 2.鸡蛋加植物油、白糖,搅拌均匀;
  • 3.泡打粉和低筋胚芽粉倒入蛋液中;
  • 4.以不规则方向搅拌成糊,牛奶少量多次加入,走到面糊用蛋抽舀起后能自然顺畅的流下来;
  • 5.准备一个裱花袋,先不要剪口,套在杯子上,将面糊倒入袋中;
  • 6.平底锅中火加热,转小火,我用的电陶炉,先1000W加热,再转60W,将面粉挤入锅中,先挤头部大面积,再挤两只小耳朵,这样才能区分出来各个部位;
  • 7.待底部略定型,淋少许油,盖上盖子,600W焖2分钟,利用自身的水分将其烘熟;
  • 8.查看底部的颜色,如果没有达到自己的期望,酌情延长加热时间,直到颜色满意盛出,将剩余的面糊完成;
  • 9.趁热食用,外围酥香,内部松软,这便是“松饼”名字的来源;
  • 10.黑巧克力放在裱花袋里,隔热水融化,前端剪一个直径1毫米的小口;
  • 11.在松饼上画出小老虎的表情包;
  • 12.变变变,两只大老虎来了;
  • 13.话说这些小家伙确实不太漂亮,连拍张“合影”都不知道如何给他们排队,但味道和口感着实不赖,不那么甜,还有黑巧克力的加持,是个不错的小零食。
