Steps to make 劲辣香酥鸡翅

  • 1.准备好上述所需食材。
  • 2.鸡翅洗净去骨,鸡翅切两半,研磨白胡椒碎,加入盐、料酒,拌匀,加入蛋清和水淀粉略腌20分钟。
  • 3.锅里油烧6成热,放入鸡翅,炸金黄捞出。
  • 4.锅里油继续烧至8成热,复炸鸡翅20秒,捞出控油。
  • 5.葱姜蒜切末,干辣椒剪成段。
  • 6.香辣鸡翅调料用清水调匀备用。
  • 7.锅里留底油,爆香蒜末和姜末,放入干红辣椒煸香。
  • 8.放入焯过水的芦笋段翻炒。
  • 9.放入鸡翅及生抽。
  • 10.加入调匀的香辣鸡翅调料汁,大火烧开。
  • 11.撒入葱末。
  • 12.待鸡翅充分吸收汤汁,即可出锅。
