纸杯蛋糕
学习烘焙这么一个多月,一开始就败了这喜欢的纸杯但一直没用上,趁今天周末好好整了一番,不多,只做了4个,朋友都很爱吃,早知道多做一点,哈哈哈~

  • 低筋面粉45克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 牛奶20克
  • 黄油20克
  • 细砂糖45克

Steps to make 纸杯蛋糕

  • 1.准备好所有材料
  • 2.将蛋黄蛋白分开,蛋白用无水无油大碗装
  • 3.将蛋清打发至粗泡
  • 4.加入第一次砂糖,打发至细腻泡沫
  • 5.再加入第二次打发至出现纹路
  • 6.最后一次打发至干性发泡。提起打蛋器时蛋白有垂直的尖角
  • 7.在打发蛋白中加入蛋黄
  • 8.搅拌均匀
  • 9.然后筛入面粉,搅拌均匀
  • 10.将黄油隔水融化
  • 11.融化后加入牛奶
  • 12.搅拌均匀
  • 13.将混合好的油水倒入面糊里
  • 14.搅拌均匀,成蛋糕糊
  • 15.将面糊装入裱花袋里
  • 16.烤箱预热山下火175度
  • 17.将面糊倒入纸杯中,大概8分满,震几下去掉里面气泡。
  • 18.放入中层烘烤,30分钟,直到表面金黄,用牙签扎后无粘液即可
  • 19.成品~
