Steps to make 肉末烧香芋

  • 1.香芋切小块,猪肉剁成末,葱姜蒜改刀备用。
  • 2.锅烧热,把葱姜放入爆香。
  • 3.接着放入猪肉末煸炒至吐油。
  • 4.沿锅边蘸洒料酒增香,接着盛出备用。
  • 5.再起锅,放油,爆香蒜片,接着把香芋块放入翻炒,注意这里最好是中小火慢慢炒出香芋的香气,同时可以感觉香芋已经均匀受热。
  • 6.这时下之前煸香的肉末一起继续翻炒。
  • 7.完全炒匀后,加入多一些的开水或清汤。
  • 8.中小火烧至香芋软烂,用筷子可以轻松夹断香芋为宜,跟着就放入适量的盐,糖,蚝油调味。
  • 9.大火收收汁,就可以出锅盛盘了。
