兔子杏仁曲奇
朋友都说想念在家下午茶吃喝的日子,所以我就做了点可爱的兔子曲奇,大家工作之余,闲暇的时候配配咖啡,也算是工作里的小乐趣。

  • 椰蓉10g
  • 扁桃仁粉50g
  • 蛋黄2个

Steps to make 兔子杏仁曲奇

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.将黄油室温软化后打散,再加入糖粉混合打发至发白,蛋黄分两次加入,混合打发,然后筛入低筋面粉,再倒入杏仁粉和椰蓉,混合揉成面团。
  • 3.取适量面团搓圆。
  • 4.用工具从顶部划出一个小口,往两边捏出兔子的耳朵,再搓出两个小圆粘在兔子的脸上,然后放入烤盘中,烤箱160度烤15分钟。
  • 5.取出晾凉后,用巧克力笔画出兔子的眼睛和嘴巴即可。
