红糖红枣在一起是绝配的哦,这款蛋糕在烤的时候,满屋子的香气,闻起来就觉得好美味,这个配方在圆猪猪那里看到的,不过我的鸡蛋没有那么大,也是用的5个,不过做出来确实好吃!

Steps to make 红糖红枣戚风蛋糕

  • 1.将红枣洗净去核
  • 2.80g的红枣分出50克和25克的重量,然后将50克枣肉加清水80克用料理机搅打细致的泥状,另外25g切碎
  • 3.鸡蛋分开的蛋黄和蛋清,然后再蛋黄里面玉米油拌匀
  • 4.加入打好的红枣泥拌匀
  • 5.低筋面粉过筛到里面
  • 6.搅拌均匀成浓稠的糊状
  • 7.接下来做蛋清部分,红糖用筛网压散开
  • 8.再将红糖一次全部倒入蛋白中
  • 9.用电动打蛋器搅打,直到提起打蛋头可以拉起短而小的尖峰
  • 10.取1/3的蛋白放入蛋黄糊中切拌均匀
  • 11.然后全部倒入剩下的2/3的蛋白糊中
  • 12.切拌均匀
  • 13.撒入红枣碎拌匀
  • 14.做好的蛋糕糊倒入模具内,放入预热好的烤箱170度,中下层,40分钟左右。
