红烧羊肉炖白萝卜

Steps to make 红烧羊肉炖白萝卜

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.萝卜洗干净。
  • 3.把羊肉洗干净切成小块用水浸泡15分钟祛除血水。
  • 4.把萝卜洗干净切成滚刀块,大葱切斜角块,大蒜切片,生姜切丝。
  • 5.锅中倒水,冷水把羊肉块放进去里面加生姜,花椒粒把羊肉焯水
  • 6.水开后把上面浮沫用勺子取干净,煮10分钟捞出。
  • 7.锅中倒油,油温六成热把葱姜蒜放进去小火炒出香味。
  • 8.再把焯过水的羊肉倒进去翻炒均匀,把花椒粒,桂皮和红辣椒放进去翻炒。
  • 9.里面加料酒,生抽,老抽,豆瓣酱放进去翻炒均匀。
  • 10.里面加开水大火烧开煮1小时。
  • 11.再把萝卜放进去炖煮15分钟。
  • 12.萝卜变透明色放少许盐关火。
  • 13.成品图。
