剁椒蒸山药
【剁椒蒸山药】巧用酱料做蒸菜

    Steps to make 剁椒蒸山药

    • 1.  材料图。
    • 2.将山药在流动的水下去皮,这是朋友告诉我的,这样去皮山药不容易氧化变黑。切成手指粗的条条。
    • 3.坐锅烧水,将山药焯一下水。这一步也是为了不让山药在蒸的过程中变色。焯水药的水不要倒掉,直接煮个什么汤也不浪费,里面有大量的山药粘液。焯过水的山药放在盘子里。
    • 4.放上一大勺剁椒,放上小葱碎,淋一点儿生抽。水开后上锅蒸十分钟。
    • 5.蒸好的山药。
    • 6.坐锅烧油,将热油两勺浇在山药上,拌均匀即可享用。
