Steps to make 乳酪宝岛

  • 1.液种中的酵母加入水中融化后,加入高粉搅拌均匀,盖保鲜膜静置发酵呈现丰富的蜂窝状时,放入冷藏室,16小时以后使用。
  • 2.将汤种面团和主面团除黄油外的所有材料混合搅拌至光滑,加入黄油搅拌至扩展阶段。
  • 3.盖保鲜膜发酵2倍大。
  • 4.取出发酵好的面团,排气后分割每只45克,静置松驰15分钟。
  • 5.取一份面团擀成圆形,放入纸模内。
  • 6.将另一个面团擀椭圆形,再由上而下卷成条状,再连接成圆环放入纸模内的圆形面团上。
  • 7.完成后盖保鲜膜进行最后发酵。
  • 8.发酵过程中制作奶酪馅,将所有奶酪馅材料搅拌均匀顺滑即可。发酵好的面包坯中间挤入奶酪馅,边缘刷全蛋液。
  • 9.入预热180度的烤箱中层25-30分钟左右,取出后放网架冷却后筛上奶粉。
