    Steps to make 米粉蒸肉

    • 1.花椒、黑芝麻、大米放锅内小火炒,炒到米发黄,花椒炒出香味。
    • 2.放晾后,用料理机打成粉末,米粉就做好。
    • 3.五花肉切片,放酱油,料酒,柠檬,盐腌两小时。
    • 4.腌好的肉片,每一片都均匀的沾上米粉。
    • 5.拌好的肉片放入大碗内,上边放上切好的芋头块。 放入蒸笼,蒸两小时。
    • 6.出锅后加入葱花即可。
