Steps to make 奶酪巧克力派

  • 1.巧克力蛋糕材料
  • 2.奶酪馅材料
  • 3.1.鸡蛋,盐,红糖,烘焙油和溶化的黄油一起搅拌均匀
  • 4.2.加入溶化后的巧克力拌均匀
  • 5.3.中粉,可可粉,泡打粉,苏打粉一起过筛待用
  • 6.4.第3部的混合物里倒入1/3的牛奶和1/3过筛后的分类,用刮刀拌均匀,重复至倒完牛奶和分类,用刮刀拌均匀

  • 10.8.再加完剩下的淡奶油充分搅打至合适的浓稠程度
  • 11.9.将做好的奶酪馅装入裱花袋,取一片蛋糕,奶酪馅划圈挤在蛋糕底部
  • 12.10.再盖上另一个蛋糕片就可以了
  • 13.11.最后在蛋糕上撒点糖粉作装饰即可
