木瓜牛奶冻
直接上做法,就不分部写了,“简单粗暴”,嘻嘻......

一个熟透的木瓜,切掉带蒂一端(留着)用长勺子把籽抠掉。凉牛奶250克加入适量的糖和吉利丁粉10克搅开,静置10分钟,然后小火把牛奶混合物煮到冒小泡泡(整个过程不停搅拌,至吉利丁粉完全融化),关火放凉至60度左右倒进木瓜盅里。用之前切掉的端头盖好并以牙签固定,冷藏2小时以上。
冷藏好以后取出木瓜去皮,切成自己喜欢的形状就可以了。

  • 4. 小火加热,不停搅拌至吉利丁粉全部融化。
  • 5. 冒特别密集的小泡泡即可关火,放置备用。
  • 6. 木瓜无蒂面切一刀,便于之后的放置。
  • 7. 带蒂一侧切开。
  • 8. 挖去内部黑籽。
  • 9. 全部挖干净后介个样子。
  • 10. 牛奶静置至65度左右,倒进木瓜盅。
  • 11. 倒满。
  • 12. 合上刚切下去的部分,并用牙签固定。放进冰箱冷藏。
  • 13.多余的牛奶可以倒到一个你喜欢的容器里,和木瓜一起冷藏。
  • 14. 冷藏2小时以上。吃的时候去皮。
  • 15. 切。
  • 16. 再切。
  • 17. 切成你想要的形状。
