  • 1.取一个百香果,切开,将果汁用筛网过漏出来,籽就不要放进去了,影响口感,百香果汁大概是12克
  • 2.倒入糖和热水,与百香果汁拌均匀
  • 3.倒入糯米粉
  • 4.揉成光滑柔软的面团,不同品牌的糯米粉吸水性不同
  • 5.分成9克左右一份的小汤圆,搓圆,大概可以做24粒
  • 6.锅里的水烧开后,倒入汤圆,待浮在水面3分钟即熟
  • 7.用勺子把汤圆捞起来
  • 8.将另一个百果汁分成两份,倒入碗中,将汤圆放入,喜欢甜味的可以加入炼奶
