轻优格蛋糕
这是一款口感清爽的无油蛋糕,虽无油但因加入了酸奶,口感还是比较润的,冷藏后与轻乳酪蛋糕有点像,但是热量却少很多很多,是健康无负担的蛋糕,非常值得一试哦。

  • 酸奶200克
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 低筋粉50克
  • 玉米淀粉25克
  • 细砂糖70克
  • 柠檬汁数滴

Steps to make 轻优格蛋糕

  • 1.蛋黄和蛋白分离,酸奶倒入盆中,一个个加入蛋黄,每加一个拌匀,此时可加入几滴柠檬汁。
  • 2.筛入低粉和玉米淀粉,Z字形搅拌至无干粉无结块,加入两滴柠檬汁。
  • 3.蛋白加几滴柠檬汁,分三次加入砂糖打至硬性发泡,打蛋器提起会有直立的小尖。
  • 4.将三分之一的蛋白加入到蛋黄糊中,翻拌均匀。
  • 5.倒入剩余的蛋白中再翻拌均匀。
  • 6.倒入提前抹油的模具中,烤箱最底层装烤盘装水,倒数第二层放烤架,放上模具,160度约70分钟。(藏口感更佳。)
