Steps to make 腊肉腊肠双拼煲仔饭

  • 1.将腊肠和腊肉用热水清洗干净。
  • 2.切成片。
  • 3.青菜洗净对半切开。
  • 4.放开水中加少许食盐和几滴油焯水。
  • 5.捞出后淋上生抽。
  • 6.煲仔锅内壁涂上一层薄薄的食用油放煤气灶上小火加热。
  • 7.将大米淘洗干净后倒入锅仔中,加适量清水开中火煮开。
  • 8.将切好的腊肉腊肠摆放在锅中,小火继续焖一刻钟左右。
  • 9.将生抽和食用油沿着内壁淋上一圈。
  • 10.盖上锅盖小火慢慢再焖一刻钟左右。
  • 11.打入鸡蛋后开中火再焖七八分钟。
  • 12.这时可以听到锅底的油滋啦滋啦的声音了,这时底部应该开始结锅巴了。将青菜放入锅中即可。
  • 13.最喜欢煲仔饭就是这焦香酥脆的锅巴了。
