简单美味的雪花饼干
天转眼至冬季,在南方出生长大的孩子一直也没看过北方的雪,趁着双十二,自己抢购了一堆的烘焙模具,正好ACA公司的最新款GT400烤箱也已到家,自己与孩子猫在家中一起烘焙,其乐融融。这款饼干特别感谢ACA与美食天下的朋友们对我与小女的支持及鼓励。
红糖含有95%左右的蔗糖,保留了较多甘蔗的营养成分,也更加容易被人体消化吸收,因此能快速补充体力、增加活力,所以又被称为「东方的巧克力」,其中不仅含有可提供热能的碳水化合物,还含有人体生长发育不可缺少的苹果酸、核黄素、胡萝卜素、烟酸和微量元素锰、锌、铬等各种元素。

  • 黄油50g
  • 牛奶10ml
  • 白糖粉20g
  • 红糖粉20g
  • 玉米淀粉20g

Steps to make 简单美味的雪花饼干

  • 1.食材准备(由于低筋让我用完了,正好用袋一般的面粉加点玉米淀粉也不错。)
  • 2.将白糖粉与软化的黄油拌均匀
  • 3.漏入40克的面粉及玉米淀粉,拌均匀
  • 4.加入5ML的牛奶
  • 5.和面后,形成一个光滑的无细粒的面团,
  • 6.红糖面团重复以上的做法,加入红糖粉
  • 7.将二种面团和好,静置十分钟
  • 8.用面棍压成均匀的面皮
  • 9.用上自己喜欢的饼干模具,新手或是小朋友们都可以操作,很是简单
  • 10.将做好的饼放进已加热好的烤箱中,中层,上下火,165度,15分钟(这个按自已家的烤箱情况及饼皮的厚薄而定)注意观察饼干着色的情况而定。
  • 11.饼干凉后,就可以放入到密封盒中,随吃随取。
