可可巧克力豆华夫饼

  • 可可粉15g
  • 白糖40g
  • 鸡蛋1只
  • 黄油20g
  • 牛奶100ml
  • 泡打粉5g
  • 食盐1g

Steps to make 可可巧克力豆华夫饼

  • 1.鸡蛋加牛奶打散打匀,加入白砂糖。
  • 2.将高粉,玉米淀粉,泡打粉和可可粉混合过筛进蛋液里面。
  • 3.用打蛋器划Z,将粉与蛋液混合均匀。
  • 4.调成顺滑无颗粒的面糊。
  • 5.倒入融化的黄油。
  • 6.划Z字手法再次将面糊搅拌均匀,不要过度搅拌,以免起筋。搅拌均匀腌制的面糊呈顺滑的流动。
  • 7.最好将面糊过筛,做出来的华夫饼口感更细腻。
  • 8.倒入巧克力豆切拌匀,静置十分钟以上。
  • 9.预热华夫饼机,刷一层薄薄的黄油。
  • 10.将面糊倒入模具中,面糊要倒满。
  • 11.快速的盖上盖子,将华夫饼机倒过来转一圈,让面糊能均匀的布满模具。
  • 12.旋转按钮至最大烤五六分钟左右即可打开。
  • 13.如果还有湿的部分就盖上盖子再烤一两分钟就可出炉。
  • 14.外焦里嫩,里面的巧克力融化后有爆浆的感觉。
  • 15.此配方正好做两盘。
