裱花蛋糕:春色
这个扁嘴,一面平口一面尖齿,在浏览过的电子书中好像还没有看见过它。它应该怎么用呢?忽然想到木栅栏,想到满园春色关不住,一枝红杏出墙来。要不就来个春色图?虽然时下依然寒冷似冬。
又赶上一个送人的8寸蛋糕,移植6寸的计划会不会显得太空旷?一转念:按常规,不是还得写字么?那就不需要太大的调整了。甚好。
其实,很想很想在这里再尝试一下玫瑰,甚至已然准备好了花嘴。然而,奶油的打发让人越来越找不到方向。抹面会显得太粗糙——这个现象其实在上一个蛋糕就出现了;做花还是会垮掉。。。。每况愈下,越来越糟的感觉,叫人感觉正在陷入绝望。。。。
终究,还是放弃了玫瑰,就让那不知道名字的小花,在青翠的草地,星星点点,自由绽放。。。

  • 1.用料
  • 2.蛋糕削平顶部,横剖成两片
  • 3.奶油加糖,搅打出尖峰
  • 4.放一片蛋糕在转台上,抹满奶油
  • 5.盖上另一片,抹面
  • 6.将顶面和侧面抹平
  • 7.用单面扁齿嘴在侧面挤出木栅栏
  • 8.调绿色奶油,用细裱袋在顶面边缘和侧面顶边挤出盘绕的细线
  • 9.栅栏的底边挤出小草
  • 10.调红色,继续用单面扁齿嘴在顶面挤出小花
  • 11.侧面也稀稀疏疏地挤上几朵
  • 12.绿色圆边上也点缀些许红色小花
  • 13.用细裱袋在三朵小花旁挤出绿色藤须
  • 14.侧面小花旁也加上藤须
  • 15.换红色,用细裱袋写出英文
  • 16.调金色,在每一朵花的中央点上花蕊
  • 17.侧面的小花也点上花蕊,结束
