自制火腿香菇辣酱
记得儿时大家都很穷的年代,不仅菜的品种有限就是供应量很多也是需要凭票才能买到的;而家里是孩子多饭量大菜量少,妈妈为了增加餐桌上的花色品种,也为了让我们能多吃点,时不时为熬上一小盆什锦酱,只要一点点什锦酱我们就可以吃掉一大碗白米饭,而且个个吃的特香。
后来条件渐渐好了吃什锦酱的机会也少了;难得想起来熬点酱,顿时就想了小时候的情景;这不家里正好还有些火腿,就泡了点香菇等,熬了些香辣酱;无论是就饭吃,还是拌面条,都特别下饭,增进食欲呢~~~

  • 火腿50克
  • 甜面酱1勺
  • 郫县辣酱2小勺
  • 芥花油1大勺
  • 白糖2小勺
  • 少许

Steps to make 自制火腿香菇辣酱

  • 1.准备好熬酱的香菇、火腿、青豆和甜面酱
  • 2.香菇提前泡发好,洗净切碎粒
  • 3.火腿浸泡10分钟后,切小粒
  • 4.热锅凉油煸香葱蒜,倒入青豆、香菇和火腿粒
  • 5.炒匀后放1勺甜面酱
  • 6.加入少许清水熬煮
  • 7.煮开后,加入郫县豆瓣酱和少许白糖
  • 8.熬制浓稠关火
  • 9.盛入碗中
