【椰浆烤肠香菇披萨】浓郁的椰浆披萨酱
之前用椰浆做了鲜虾焗意面,想想如果用椰浆做披萨也许会更好吃,试着做了一次,果然为好好极了。比平时吃的披萨多了份浓郁的椰香味,很特别,很好吃~家人都说这次的披萨和以前不同,说不出是哪里,多了一种浓郁的味道~哈哈哈加了椰浆呀~

  • 面粉200克
  • 橄榄油15ML
  • 西红柿1个
  • 洋葱1个
  • 椰浆150ML
  • 烤肠80克
  • 香菇15克
  • 玉米粒50克
  • 青椒半个
  • 小红椒5克
  • 温水90ML
  • 酵母3ML
  • 黄油15克
  • 披萨草叶5ML
  • 黑胡椒15ML
  • 5ML
  • 5克

Steps to make 【椰浆烤肠香菇披萨】浓郁的椰浆披萨酱

  • 1.面粉200克,温水90ML,橄榄油15ML,糖5克,酵母3ML,混合在一起。
  • 2.揉成光滑的面团,表面盖湿布或者保鲜膜。
  • 3.放到温暖处发酵至体积2倍大。
  • 4.烤肠切片,洋葱,西红柿切小丁,香菇,青椒,小红椒切薄片。
  • 5.黄油放入锅内,倒入洋葱丁翻炒至软。
  • 6.倒入西红柿丁翻炒至软烂。
  • 7.倒入雄鸡标椰浆,小火慢慢翻炒。
  • 8.加入黑胡椒。
  • 9.加入盐,披萨草叶。
  • 10.小火慢慢炒至酱料软烂,收汁变浓稠。
  • 11.披萨盘刷一层薄薄的黄油。
  • 12.发酵好的面团排气,擀成厚约5-7mm的面饼状。
  • 13.饼皮放到披萨盘里,用叉子扎孔。
  • 14.把炒好的披萨酱在饼皮上铺一层抹平。
  • 15.放入烤肠,香菇,青椒,小红椒,玉米粒。
  • 16.最后在上面撒一层马苏里拉,烤箱中层190°20分钟,表面发黄即可。
