以前在家里过年的前一天,妈妈总会放几个小的红萝卜在泡茶坛子里,第二天年夜饭吃得差不多的时候拿出来切成小块端上桌,泡了一天的红萝卜除了淡淡的盐和淡淡的酸外,还带着本身的甜味,非常爽口,立刻被吃过大鱼大肉的我们一抢而空。现在市场上的这种樱桃小萝卜基本没有萝卜的那种辣味,很多人都当水果吃,所以拌成糖醋味更加爽口,切成蓑衣装,每次女儿都拿着一片一片的掰下来往嘴里送,说自己能吃出节奏来。在年夜饭后端出这么一盘爽口菜,不但能解腻,还能映衬节日的气氛!

    Steps to make 糖醋樱桃小萝卜

    • 1.樱桃小萝卜用盐水泡十分钟后清洗干净,取一个小萝卜放在两根筷子中间。
    • 2.用手扶好筷子和萝卜,切成均匀的小片,这样不会切断的。
    • 3.调入盐、糖、生抽、蒜泥拌匀,半小时到1个小时左右就可以吃了,太久了萝卜的水被淹出来太多影响口味。
