  • 澄粉30g
  • 糖粉45g
  • 牛奶200g
  • 玉米油30g
  • 糯米粉30g

  • 澄粉10g
  • 紫薯粉10g
  • 糖粉10g
  • 牛奶120g
  • 玉米油15g
  • 自炒豆沙馅400g
  • 干粉适量(熟糯米粉)

Steps to make 冰皮豆沙月饼

  • 1.做白冰皮,将糯米粉、粘米粉、澄粉、糖粉放入碗中。
  • 2.另一个碗做紫冰皮放入糯米粉、粘米粉、澄粉、紫薯粉糖粉。
  • 3.白冰皮碗中加入200克牛奶,拌匀。
  • 4.紫冰皮碗中加入120克牛奶,拌匀。
  • 5.白冰皮碗再加入30g玉米油,紫冰皮碗加入15g玉米油,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.大火煮开,入热锅蒸20分钟。
  • 7.趁蒸冰皮的空档,炒干粉,用适量糯米粉炒至微微发黄就熟了。
  • 8.时间到,蒸熟的冰皮。
  • 9.待凉后揉成光滑的面团。
  • 10.豆沙20克一个,冰皮30克一个,称好重量做成团。豆沙馅是自己炒的,如果省时间也可以买现成的。
  • 11.将模具沾上干粉。
  • 12.花心中间部分放入紫皮。
  • 13.白冰皮按成饼状,放入豆沙馅。
  • 14.包裹起来。
  • 15.做成团,沾上干粉,放入磨具内。
  • 16.模具按压一下,印出花纹。
  • 17.再做一个紫皮的。
  • 18.印出紫色的莲花,美美哒!
  • 19.凭自己喜欢,印出各种的图案的花纹,直接吃就可以啦,吃不完还可以存放冰箱内,尽量在两三天之内吃完。喜欢可以自己着做,不复杂哦!
