Steps to make 山药红枣粥

  • 1.大枣洗净,提前冷水浸泡后再次清洗干净。
  • 2.山药去皮洗净切小丁,注意山药的黏液对皮肤有刺激,容易引起过敏,所以皮肤敏感的人一定要戴手套操作。
  • 3.锅中加入适量的水,大米淘洗干净,冷水入锅煮开,加入山药和大枣小火煮10分钟左右。
  • 4.​煮至粥黏稠,加入枸杞子和葡萄干,继续煮两三分钟就OK了。
  • 5.出锅。这粥是甜口味,因为里边的干果都是甜的,不用加糖。
