由于家里材料不齐,所以把原方中的玉米淀粉改成了葛根粉,黄油改成了植物油,糖粉改成了白糖,其他没变。

  • 1.油,糖,盐混合。
  • 2.另用一个盆把面粉和葛根粉拌匀。
  • 3.放压碎了的蛋黄。
  • 4.薄荷切细放入面粉中拌匀。
  • 5.把面粉倒入油盆中拌匀。
  • 6.揉成团冰箱冷藏20分钟。
  • 7.分成一个个小团。
  • 8.用拇指压出裂纹。
  • 9.烤箱预热中层170度20分钟左右。
