Steps to make 电压力锅版戚风蛋糕

  • 1.准备好两个无油无水的盘子,蛋清和蛋黄分离。
  • 2.将蛋黄加盐、油、糖30克、奶粉、牛奶拌好。
  • 3.筛入面粉、玉米淀粉搅拌好,备用。
  • 4.将蛋清加糖打成奶油状。
  • 5.打好的蛋清跟面糊混合搅拌,要上下搅拌,不要转圈,以防消泡。
  • 6.把拌好的面糊放入电压力锅,表面放点桂圆肉装饰。按蛋糕键,跳到保温键就可以了。
  • 7.将蛋糕倒扣在盘子里。放凉后装碟。
