    • 1.排骨冷水入锅,烧开,撇去浮沫。直到水变清澈,不再产生浮沫。

    • 5.下红枣、草果、姜片、料酒,按煲汤键,煮一个半小时。
    • 6.加入山药,再煮半个小时,加盐,加葱花,出锅。
