改良版酸梅汤
酸梅汤酸甜适口,生津止渴,清凉开胃,是我国祖传的民间流行饮品,也是夏季必不可少的恩物,搭配合理还能成为保健饮品。自己在家做其实非常简单,也更安全放心。

  • 山楂干50g
  • 大枣10到20枚
  • 五味子5到10g
  • 清水1500ml—2000ml

Steps to make 改良版酸梅汤

  • 1.乌梅干洗净;山楂干洗净;大枣洗净扭一扭;薄荷洗净;如果是大块儿的冰糖要敲碎;
  • 2.乌梅、山楂、大枣和五味子一起入锅(不要用铁锅),加入清水,大火煮开后转中火,保持沸腾煮约30分钟;
  • 3.加入冰糖,再煮10分钟左右;期间尝尝味道,调节冰糖的用量。
  • 4.最后加入鲜薄荷,立即关火。(如果用干薄荷,再煮5分钟)
  • 5.冷却至室温后,过滤出固体;
  • 6.再次细细过滤,即可饮用;冷藏后或加冰饮用更佳。
