  • 1.提前准备好大头菜丝
  • 2.因为炸鸡块油炸油腻所以卷心菜可以当作沙拉吃
  • 3.尽量用鸡腿肉,因为鸡腿肉比较嫩,适合做炸鸡块
  • 4.放入面粉等调料腌制30分钟左右。
  • 5.放入油里炸金黄色
  • 6.摆放在盘子上,撒点柠檬汁~味道绝了!
