花生酪
花生红衣也是补血很好的食材,买的花生红衣有股蛤喇味,也就是发霉的味道。
只好多吃花生吧。
炒熟的花生米用来做美食,花生红衣用来煮粥或者泡水。

  • 1.牛奶和糯米。
  • 2.取花生。
  • 3.洗净。
  • 4.放锅里翻炒。
  • 5.把外边的水分炒干,摊平,烘烤。
  • 6.把花生炒熟。
  • 7.取出来。
  • 8.去红衣。
  • 9.糯米洗净,浸泡。
  • 10.泡2小时以上,我是晚上泡上的,早上起来做美食。
  • 11.取冰糖。
  • 12.所有食材放豆浆杯中。
  • 13.放牛奶。
  • 14.放纯净水。
  • 15.选五谷浆。
  • 16.打好的花生酪。
  • 17.成品。
  • 18.放了几根藏红花一起食用。这个不能多了哈,最多5根。
