Steps to make 营养豆浆

  • 1.前一天晚上把薏米红豆黄豆泡高,图为泡好后的。
  • 2.放入榨汁机打碎,用豆浆机比较好,就不用再煮熟了,我做的量少,所以就用榨汁机了。用榨汁机榨后倒入锅中煮沸。
  • 3.煮熟了倒入杯中,可以食用了。
