面疙瘩
一个人吃饭时,做的最多的是面疙瘩,因为做法很简单,食材家里基本都会备有,十分钟左右,一碗热气腾腾的疙瘩就可以下肚了。

Steps to make 面疙瘩

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.面粉中打入一个鸡蛋,放入切碎的韭菜
  • 3.加入少量水,盐,胡椒粉搅拌成较稠的面糊
  • 4.较大的碗中加入少量生抽,猪油,辣椒油以入少量盐
  • 5.烧开水,用小的汤匙舀一汤匙面糊,倒入开水中,依次将面糊舀入水中,用铲子慢慢从锅底推动,让面疙瘩受热均匀,直至面疙瘩浮起,捞出盛入调料好的碗中,加入少量煮疙瘩汤,搅拌均匀即可
