青椒火腿批萨

  • 酵母2克
  • 牛奶80克
  • 玉米油10克
  • 马苏里拉奶酪150克

Steps to make 青椒火腿批萨

  • 1.将主料全部混合,揉成光滑具有延展性的面团,盖上保鲜膜,放室温下发酵至两倍大。
  • 2.马苏里拉奶酪切成条状待用。
  • 3.把青椒,洋葱,火腿肠分别改刀待用。如图所示。
  • 4.把发酵好的面团擀成中间薄四周厚的圆饼,放在涂了黄油的9寸披萨盘中。
  • 5.用叉子在上面叉一些小孔。
  • 6.涂上一层自制的披萨酱。
  • 7.撒上一层马苏里拉奶酪
  • 8.分别放上洋葱青椒。
  • 9.再撒上玉米粒和火腿肠
  • 10.放入预热200度的烤箱内,烤12分钟后取出再放上剩余的马苏里拉奶酪烤8分钟。
