黑巧奶油蛋糕
临时决定朋友们要吃一个饭,于是想着带点什么,本想做一个大一点的蛋糕,可是无水果夹层也过于单调,于是想做一个小小的迷你的奶油小蛋糕好了,可是装点的糖珠又没有了,于是想到就用巧克力来点缀一下,没有想到成品还是很赞的哦,再者用的是黑巧,也满提口味的。

  • 白糖40克

Steps to make 黑巧奶油蛋糕

  • 1.备料如图所用材料。
  • 2.分次加糖在蛋白里,打至发泡。
  • 3.再挤适量柠檬汁提味。
  • 4.继续打发至干性发泡。
  • 5.分次加入蛋黄,继续打发至融合。
  • 6.打至融合后,再将面粉过筛加入在蛋糊里。
  • 7.拌至无干粉状,再加入蔓越莓碎。
  • 8.将面糊加至在带纸托的烤盘里。
  • 9.入烤箱170度烤制25分钟。
  • 10.备淡奶油,糖粉,黑巧克力及烤好的蛋糕。
  • 11.淡奶油加糖粉打至发泡。
  • 12.再挤在蛋糕上即可,最后用黑巧点缀一下。
