Steps to make 韩式豆芽凉汤

  • 1.所需主要食材:黄豆芽、泰椒、青辣椒、小葱、芝麻、海鲜酱油、牛肉粉、鱼露、大蒜。
  • 2.黄豆芽去根,清洗干净。
  • 3.水开放入一个泰椒、一捆葱结,煮三分钟。
  • 4.放入豆芽盖盖再煮三分钟,尝一下豆芽头熟了即可。
  • 5.把葱结和泰椒捞出不要。
  • 6.豆芽迅速捞出投凉。有冰水泡入冰水最好。
  • 7.煮豆芽的汤冷却一会儿调味,放入盐适量。
  • 8.放入半勺牛肉粉。
  • 9.放入海鲜酱油少许,不要放多。
  • 10.放入鱼露适量。
  • 11.自然冷却至完全凉透。
  • 12.豆芽完全冷却后挤出水分。
  • 13.放入胡萝卜丝、葱花、蒜片、泰椒粒、青椒粒。
  • 14.放入白芝麻。
  • 15.放入冷却好的煮豆芽的汤。
  • 16.装在密封盒,放入冰箱冷藏半天。
  • 17.完成啦!有冰块放里一些更爽口。
