可以吃的小石头--甜酒雨花石汤圆
传说“”雨花石汤圆”是一款创新南京名点,它的构思十分奇特,在汤圆的糯米皮中加入可可粉,使包起来的汤圆呈现条理清晰的雨花石石纹。
但为了使它颜色更丰富,还加入了抹茶粉、紫薯粉、南瓜,让不同的颜色交叉缠绕,纯手工搓成一个个独一无二的雨花石汤圆,它的形状不一定都是圆形。但是,做好的汤圆却是特别独特和漂亮,比纯白色的汤圆更能引起食欲。
放了半罐的甜糯米酒煮都可以不用加糖了,也有糯米的酒糟香甜味

  • 南瓜泥10g
  • 豆沙馅200g

Steps to make 可以吃的小石头--甜酒雨花石汤圆

  • 1.把准备好的糯米粉均匀分成50g三份,100g一份,依次向三份50g的糯米粉中加入可可粉、抹茶粉、紫薯粉、南瓜泥
  • 2.南瓜泥混合后加入40ml的水,充分混合搅拌后用手揉成面团备用
  • 3.100g的糯米粉加入80ml的水,拌匀备用
  • 4.取可可粉面团、南瓜泥面团和糯米面团放在硅胶垫中揉成细条,并列排放一起。(面团颜色可任意自行搭配)
  • 5.用手把面条拧成麻花状再揉搓成长条,改刀切成20g左右一段
  • 6. 把切好的粉剂子揉圆后放于手掌压扁,放入豆沙馅包起。
  • 7.把包好的汤圆揉成圆球状待用
  • 8.锅里的水烧开,然后放入汤圆,再加入半瓶甜糯米酒糟,煮到汤圆都浮起即可
  • 9.这样一碗色彩丰富的汤圆做好咯
