酸奶机自制酒酿

Steps to make 酸奶机自制酒酿

  • 1.糯米洗净,用水隔夜浸泡12小时以上 ,手一捏就碎这个程度就可以了。
  • 2.蒸锅里放上蒸屉,铺上纱布,放水烧开,把糯米铺上,盖上盖,开大火蒸30分钟 。
  • 3.将蒸熟的糯米饭放入冷开水里过一次后使糯米粒分开、降温、不粘手,然后再沥干,冷却至手指放入不烫不冷为宜。 (我家是直饮水机,直接用的这个水就行了。)
  • 4.将酒曲碾碎成粉末状拌入米饭里。
  • 5.拌好的米饭倒入酸奶机杯里,压实米饭,在中间挖个孔,接着在米饭上均匀的淋上一点冷开水。(我用的还是直饮水)
  • 6.酸奶机缸体内放少许冷水,将米饭杯放入,盖上盖子,插上电,中途分两次在糯米上淋上冷开水,30个小时候后拔掉插头断电,那时酒酿发酵完成。
