圣诞老人玫瑰酱面包
马上又要到圣诞节了,应景一下做了点圣诞老人面包,里面裹了玫瑰花酱!这个方子是向豆果美食达人“海燕的窝”学做的,非常感谢!她是做成6个,我偷懒做成4个!

  • 高粉300克
  • 150ML
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 30克
  • 3克
  • 酵母3克
  • 黄油25克
  • 黑巧克力少许

Steps to make 圣诞老人玫瑰酱面包

  • 1.把除黄油外的主料放入搅拌桶里开始和面
  • 2.和成面团后,放入软化的黄油粒继续和面
  • 3.揉至出薄膜即可
  • 4.放入温暖处发酵至两倍大
  • 5.发好压扁排气分割成4份,也可以分成6份
  • 6.取一份切成两份,一份大些,一份小些(大概65%/35%)
  • 7.把那份大一些的面团揉圆擀成圆饼,放入适量玫瑰花酱
  • 8.卷起来
  • 9.成椭圆形
  • 10.排入烤盘,放在温暖湿润处发酵
  • 11.发酵至1.5倍大,表面刷蛋液
  • 12.红色素滴几滴水化开,用刷子刷在一头,做帽子(我用的是红曲酒糟)
  • 13.放入预热好的烤箱180度10分钟即可
  • 14.把之前分好的小一些的面团再分2份, 那两小份分别做成如图的形状,擀一个薄一些的面片做胡子,搓一个细长条做帽子边,其余是鼻子和帽子的毛球
  • 15.出炉后,沾少许水分别包裹好帽子边,加胡子、鼻子和帽子的圆球球
  • 16.在胡子部分筛面粉,鼻子和帽檐刷蛋液,放入预热好的烤箱,180度8分钟左右即可
  • 17.出炉面包放凉,巧克力化开后,画上眼睛即可
  • 18.开吃
