香葱炒蛋
香葱炒蛋是一道简单的家常菜,只要鸡蛋、香葱、盐、油,就是一道人人爱吃的快手好吃,三分钟搞定。PS:挑选葱的时候选择红头葱比较香。
香葱是一种香料蔬菜,炒菜的是加几个葱,不需要任何调味料,自然清香,菜也健康。香葱不宜久炒,可生吃,或起锅前放入炒均即香,炒久了,反而不香口感也差。
