  • 1.我们先做可可冰激凌,淡奶油350克,打发至5-6分发泡状态。
  • 2.再加入炼乳120克、可可粉50克。
  • 3.不停的搅拌。
  • 4.搅拌至可可粉完全化开,呈丝滑状态即可。
  • 5.装入盒子模具和雪糕模具里。
  • 6.冷冻4-6小时左右。
  • 7.我们再做抹茶冰激凌,同样的淡奶油350克,打发至5-6分发泡状态。再加入炼乳120克、抹茶粉20克,搅拌至抹茶粉完全化开即可。
  • 8.装入盒子模具和雪糕模具里。
  • 9.冷冻4-6小时左右。
  • 10.等冰激凌冻至定型后,我们可以准备巧克力脆皮了。
  • 11.椰子油50克、黑巧克力100克,都放在一个盆里。
  • 12.隔热水融化均匀。
  • 13.倒入一个和雪糕差不多大小的杯子里备用。
  • 14.冻硬的雪糕脱模备用。
  • 15.等巧克力液的温度降到36-38℃左右,把雪糕插入巧克力液浸没,然后提起来待巧克力不滴落,然后倒过来就好了。
  • 16.把雪糕竖着插在泡沫上,等待外壳变硬就好了。
  • 17.顺便做了几块冰激凌脆皮小方。
  • 18.还顺便挖了几勺冰激凌
  • 19.这样就可以直接吃啦,也可以继续放冰箱冷冻。
  • 20.迫不及待上吃一口,外皮嘎嘣脆、内里冰激凌超甜蜜、入口即化。
  • 21.入口细腻顺滑、绝对是媲美梦龙,巧克力味和抹茶味浓郁。
