今天是正月十五元宵节,我若不勤快一下岂不辜负了这一年一度的上元佳节,今年又正好是猪年,包几只小猪汤圆应个景,豆沙馅的,香甜软糯。这回的汤圆猪跟上回的豆包猪长的不太一样,三角耳朵,小眼睛,倒也呆萌呆萌的,预祝大家猪年大吉~

Steps to make 小猪汤圆

  • 1.向糯米粉中加入适量的温水,用筷子轻轻搅拌。
  • 2.用手揉成一个三光面团,盖上盖子静置一会儿。
  • 3.将面团分成一大一小两份,小份揉入一点点红曲米粉,形成一白一粉两种颜色的面团,再将豆沙搓成小球备用。
  • 4.取一块糯米面团,搓圆按成小碗状。
  • 5.在面中央放入豆沙馅料。
  • 6.从四周向中心推上去,收口,搓圆,略微整形一下。
  • 7.取适量的粉色面团,捏成两个三角形当耳朵,捏一个椭圆形当鼻子,分别贴在合适的位置上。
  • 8.用牙签扎两个小洞当鼻孔,贴上两个黑芝麻当眼睛。
  • 9.多做几只,下锅入沸水煮几分钟至煮熟。
  • 10.盛出装盘就可以吃了。
