红烧油条酿肉
双节过去了,明天准备上班和上学了,两节期间做了很多菜,剩下了不少原料,今天清理冰箱了。这道菜就是我扫尾的成绩。貌似面筋塞肉。。。。。

Steps to make 红烧油条酿肉

  • 1.剩油条 做丸子的剩肉馅 火腿肠。
  • 2.油条切寸段。
  • 3.火腿肠去皮切段。
  • 4.油条段分别塞上拌好的肉馅。
  • 5.锅中放入少量的油,爆香八角。
  • 6.放入火腿肠煸炒片刻,加入葱姜。
  • 7.放入酱油 糖和清水烧开。
  • 8.下入塞好肉的油条,转小火焖炖。
  • 9.烧至汤汁收干,肉馅熟透 撒入香菜即可。
