【冬季养生菜】补气血养颜——淮山红枣猪尾汤
在寒冷的冬季里,咱们南方习惯煲汤来补充热量和养生。今天用猪尾,花生,红枣,淮山来煲一锅补气血,养颜汤。煲出来的汤,口感清甜,而且淮山粉粉的,味道好正!
猪尾具有补阴益髓,改善腰酸痛痛,预防骨质疏松,壮腰补肾的做用。
花生健脾和胃,利肾去水,理气通乳,治诸血症。降低胆固醇,延缓衰老,有长生果之称。花生属高脂肪、高热能食物,因此要常食,但是不宜多吃。花生中包含油脂成份具有缓泻作用,需要较多的胆汁来消化,所以,高血压病人如有脾虚便溏、患急性肠炎与痢疾者,及胆囊切除者,均不宜常食花生。
红枣:健脾益胃,补气养血,安神,增加人体免疫力,滋润气血。
淮山:补脾,养肺,益精,固肾。
适合人群:一般人群适合,特别是适合身体虚弱,手脚容易冰冷的人群。但高血压病人如有脾虚便溏、患急性肠炎与痢疾者,及胆囊切除者及感冒忌食用。

材料:猪尾 1条,花生100克,新鲜淮山400克,红枣50克,生姜适量,蒜瓣适量,盐适量,油适量。

  • 1.猪尾放火上烧去猪毛后,放不里浸泡。
  • 2.干花生放水浸泡至发。
  • 3.刮去猪尾烧黑的部分,洗净备用。
  • 4.将猪尾斩段备用。
  • 5.生姜切片,蒜瓣拍碎。
  • 6.淮山切皮,洗净外层液后切块。
  • 7.将所有材料凉水入锅,加油烧开。
  • 8.转小火煲猪尾汤四十分钟后,再放入淮山煲二十分钟,放盐调味即可。
