花馔水信玄饼

其实这道料理制做是非常简单

也能把它晶莹剔透滴完美呈现出来

  • 白凉粉12g
  • 盐渍樱花4朵

Steps to make 花馔水信玄饼

  • 1.盐渍樱花提前泡开
  • 2.白凉粉+细砂糖+冷水冲开,开小火边搅拌至沸腾后关火静置三分钟
  • 3.静置完毕倒入模具一半
  • 4.放入樱花
  • 5.把模具扣好
  • 6.将剩余液体用小漏斗倒进模具,将剩下的一半填满
  • 7.冰箱冷藏一小时;取出打开模具盖,将水信玄饼脱模
  • 8.水信玄饼蘸料制做。在锅内倒入水、红糖,熬煮成糖浆
  • 9.撒上黄豆粉、淋上糖浆即可
  • 10.漂亮的成品~~
  • 11.晶莹剔透~~
