红烧排骨

Steps to make 红烧排骨

  • 1.准备新鲜排骨。
  • 2.香料:八角,香叶,桂皮,姜片,干辣椒。
  • 3.排骨放入开水锅中焯水。
  • 4.捞出来清洗干净。
  • 5.热锅放油,下白糖中小火炒,炒至白糖溶化了颜色变黄,稍微起泡泡,糖色就好了。
  • 6.放入排骨翻炒均匀。
  • 7.稍微煎一会儿让排骨沾上糖色。
  • 8.然后添加金蘭酱油,翻炒均匀让排骨上色。
  • 9.然后添加适量的开水,放入姜片,干辣椒,八角,香叶,桂皮,盖上盖子小火烧40分钟。
  • 10.半小时过去了,打开盖子,用筷子插一下排骨能插透了肉就够软烂了。
  • 11.大火收一下汁即可。
  • 12.装盘,撒点熟芝麻更香哦。
