法式蔓越莓月饼

Steps to make 法式蔓越莓月饼

  • 1.蔓越莓法式月饼馅:将蔓越莓干和糖粉放在料理机搅拌
  • 2.不粘锅放黄油融化
  • 3.放入打好的蔓越莓泥炒制
  • 4.炒制到蔓越莓泥抱成团即可
  • 5.黄油软化,加糖粉和盐以刮刀按压混合均匀
  • 6.分次加入蛋液,每次都搅拌至吸收,直至将蛋液全部加完
  • 7.筛入低粉搅拌均匀,放冰箱冷藏30分钟以上备用
  • 8.取出冷藏好的面团,分成8份,做好的蔓越莓馅也分成8份
  • 9.一种包法是像包汤圆一样包入馅料
  • 10.一种是将取三分之二饼皮,团成小球,压成面皮,像做蛋挞皮一样压入模具,注意要将饼皮压得厚薄均匀,高度不要超过模具。饼皮中放上馅料
  • 11.顶部再压剩下的三分之一饼皮盖住馅料,压好边缘的接缝
  • 12.做好后用模具在月饼上刻上自己喜欢的图案,我忘了刷蛋液了烤箱预热180度,中层烘烤20-25分钟,看表面上色即可取出烤盘。待凉透后放入密封盒中保存即可。
