冬瓜薏米煲鸭汤

Steps to make 冬瓜薏米煲鸭汤

  • 1.将莲子、肇实、薏米、蜜枣清洗干净,除蜜枣,其他都提前浸泡一下
  • 2.冬瓜洗干净,去瓤,不用去皮,冬瓜皮具有明显的利水作用,经过煲煮之后的冬瓜皮也蛮好吃的,将冬瓜切大块
  • 3.老鸭的皮去掉,这样煲出来的汤没有那么肥腻,斩大块
  • 4.锅里的水烧开后,将鸭肉放入,焯一下水,去除血腥味和浮沫
  • 5.瓦锅里加水,放入鸭肉、姜片、蜜枣,水烧开后,再投入浸泡好的莲子、肇实、薏米,这样防止粘底
  • 6.放入冬瓜块,盖上锅盖,中小火煲一个半小时,最后加盐调味即可。
