泰式菠萝海鲜饭

Steps to make 泰式菠萝海鲜饭

  • 1.第一步处理菠萝,先把菠萝头部叶子切去,因为叶子有锯齿形边缘,处理菠萝过程中容易割伤手。
  • 2.把菠萝横过来,在三分之一处切开。
  • 3.用小一点的刀在菠萝边缘切出方形,里面划出井字形,再用勺子取出果肉。
  • 4.挖完以后的菠萝用盐水浸泡处理一下,放在一边晾干备用。
  • 5.准备好材料,虾仁是提前用盐浆过,保证肉质紧实。青豆、胡萝卜粒、玉米粒事先用水烫一下。腰果用小火炒香,备用。
  • 6.起油锅倒入鸡蛋,刚刚凝固就起锅备用。然后炒开米饭,倒入鸡蛋。加入培根粒、青豆、胡萝卜粒、玉米粒。翻炒,加入泰式咖喱、盐,倒入少许椰浆和鱼露。等米粒吸收水分变得粒粒分明时最后放入菠萝和虾仁。最后加一点点鸡精调味!
