Steps to make 避风塘虾

  • 1.基围虾背部划开,加入盐、料酒腌制15分钟
  • 2.起油锅,加温到200度
  • 3.沥干腌制虾的水分,拍生粉,下油锅炸,50秒,沥干油备用
  • 4.炒锅留少许油,放入蒜泥、干辣椒丝、豆豉炒香
  • 5.再加入面包糠,炒,50秒
  • 6.加入炸好的虾,翻炒,混合均匀即可
  • 7.美味出锅
